REGISTRATION

Please use the payment buttons at the bottom of this page to sign up for LYCAL classes or pay for MOEMS and AMC Math Competitions. To sign up for a weekly class, pay one lesson fee which will be used as deposit. The deposit fee will be used for tuition close to the end of each quarter. The summer class signup fee can’t be used for tuition and will be refunded only if the class is full or not available any more.

Can pay for more than one class, contest or student by continuing shopping from your cart. Use either your PayPal account (PayPal checkout) or a major credit card (check out) for the payment. The payment system should be run under a web browser and it works better with a laptop than a mobile phone.

Tuition info for each academic class is listed in the payment system. Tuition can be paid in cash, by check (payable to LYCAL) or bank transfer after receiving tuition statements sent to class WeChat groups or emailed to parents. Early sign-up tuition discount is available for Fall classes.

LYCAL Class Absence and Withdrawal Policy

All LYCAL academic classes are different, so make-up is not available. A student may bring back homework done and get help from the teacher during the next class. No credit for any missed lesson unless arranged with LYCAL admin one month in advance. It is the parent’s responsibility to track and calculate any excused class absence and pay the rest of the tuition for the classes attended each month. Class Withdrawal would need one full month advanced written notice.

Safety & Liability Responsibility Agreement:

By clicking one of the class payments buttons below, I agree to have my child attend LYCAL class(es) and obey LYCAL rules and teacher instruction, and to take responsibility and pay for any damage caused by the child to the facilities used by LYCAL class(es). I will not hold LYCAL, its directors, teachers, staff, and TA liable for any accident, personal injury or personal property damage, illness, or other unexpected incidents, which may occur in the classrooms or nearby areas used by LYCAL.
